Job summary

A leading manufacturing solutions provider in San Jose is seeking an EDI/Agility Buyer responsible for managing procurement and supplier activities. This role requires over 8 years of experience in purchasing electronic components, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Oracle and Excel. The successful candidate will negotiate prices, manage supply chain responsibilities, and ensure material availability. The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or APIC certification is required.
• 8+ years of purchasing experience in electronic components.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and acquisition of materials and services.
• Negotiate best prices with suppliers for a variety of technical products.
• Ensure materials are pipelined and in stock to meet company requirements.
