Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an Embedded AI Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy ML models for edge devices and mobile platforms. You will work on resource-constrained environments, focusing on model compression and hardware-aware optimizations.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable AI capabilities, with a strong emphasis on privacy and reliability across edge devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six+ years of experience in ML engineering, especially edge or mobile AI.
• Strong Python and C++ proficiency.
• Hands-on with model compression, quantization, pruning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement edge AI solutions for mobile SoCs, NPUs, and embedded accelerators.
• Apply quantization, pruning, distillation, and architectural optimization for edge constraints.
• Tune latency, energy, and memory usage on target hardware.
• Build cross-platform inference runtimes using TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, and Core ML.
• Optimize models for accelerator backends including DSPs and mobile GPUs.
• Enable on-device model update, versioning, and safe rollouts.
