Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ML engineering with edge/mobile AI.
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Hands-on with model compression, quantization, and pruning.
• Experience deploying ML models to production on mobile/embedded devices.

Responsibilities

• Design edge AI solutions for diverse hardware including mobile SoCs, NPUs, and embedded accelerators.
• Apply quantization, pruning, distillation, and architectural optimization for edge constraints.
• Tune latency, energy, and memory footprint on target hardware.
• Build cross-platform inference runtimes with TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, Core ML.
• Implement on-device model updates, versioning, and rollback workflows for safe rollouts.
