Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing computer vision, perception, or ML systems in production or advanced research.
• Strong experience with deep learning, object detection, and object tracking frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python with reliable research/production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy computer vision and perception models for edge-compatible environments.
• Build multi-sensor perception systems fusing imagery and sensor data.
• Improve fidelity and robustness of battlefield understanding across conditions.
• Integrate ML algorithms into production systems used by customers.
• Develop evaluation datasets and benchmarks to measure perception performance.
• Collaborate with software, autonomy, product, and deployment teams to turn research into capabilities.
• Identify perception problems where CV advances unlock product impact.
