Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan structure of parts and systems through target setting, packaging and interface definition.
• Proven ability to manage mid/large scale projects and meet milestones with high quality output.
• Development of electronic parts from concept through production and changes.
• Improve group operations and visualization of project health.

Responsibilities

• Plan parts and systems, define electrical interfaces and constraints.
• Create and manage part development schedules through SOP.
• Negotiate schedules with Electronics Systems and suppliers.
• Assess risk management to maintain targets for performance, cost and mass.
• Lead communication with Toyota Design Center and Japan teams.
• Mentor junior engineers in electrical systems development.
