Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical theory and econometrics.
• Experience in empirical practice.
• Proficiency in Stata, Mata, or C programming and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with statisticians, econometricians, and programmers on design and use of Stata.
• Identify statistical procedures to be implemented in Stata, Mata, or C.
• Implement procedures and write technical documentation and manuals.
• Continuously update knowledge on statistical theory and empirical practice.
• Communicate with users through Statalist, conferences, blogs, webinars, and courses.
