Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is hiring for a role focused on electronic batch record (EBR) design and support within our manufacturing support team. You will author EBR recipes, convert paper records to digital formats, and help ensure alignment with lifecycle documentation.

The position emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, operators, and support teams to optimize EBR configuration, troubleshooting, and compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with EBR design/authoring and MES systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with SMEs/leads/operators.

Responsibilities

• Author and configure EBR recipes in PharmaSuite/MES, including master batch records/templates, revisions, validation, and change control.
• Convert paper batch records to EBR; manage EBR design/configuration changes and lifecycle documentation alignment.
• Lead process mapping with SMEs/leads/operators to capture critical parameters.
• Support end users with EBR execution and usage; act as first point of contact for manufacturing issues.
