Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an experienced Earned Value Analyst to manage EVMS for the AMRAAM D4/C9 EMD contract. This hybrid role is based in Tucson, AZ with on-site requirements and potential relocation support.

The ideal candidate will lead EVMS submissions, perform financial forecasting, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable strategic decisions and cost control. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with relevant experience in EVMS/finance.
• 5+ years of experience in EVMS, program controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
• Experience supporting DoD development/production programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional team for contractual EVMS submissions and monthly LRE/baseline updates.
• Analyze EV metrics and provide guidance to management, stakeholders, and customers.
• Communicate effectively across all levels to promote transparent execution and process improvements.
• Partner with program IPL and strategic partners on program execution and strategy.
