KinderCare in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to lead and mentor a classroom while modeling best practices for colleagues. You will implement our curriculum with attention to each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.

You will partner with families, staff, and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with children, families, licensing

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents and connect with families to support child development.
• Collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
