Job summary

Gulf Companies seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector to review construction work for compliance with contract requirements. You will prepare as-built drawings, complete test reports, and develop progress updates while exercising independent judgment to advise the Client’s Project Manager on quality, safety, and regulatory concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years oil and gas construction, inspection, or related experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in pipeline and related facilities construction activities; compression, pump, stations.

Responsibilities

• Verifies contractors' installation of Electrical, Communication and Instrumentation per drawings and contract documents.
• Inspects and documents construction progress, contractor efforts, and materials used on the project.
• Oversees electrical, communication and instrumentation systems knowledge applicable to natural gas pipelines or industrial facilities.
