Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior E-Discovery Application Administrator II to provide full-time IT legal support services, developing and maintaining programs for litigation support databases and analytical systems. The role emphasizes independent development, modification of complex programs, and delivering efficient data processing within a government litigation environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive programming experience, strong communication skills, and a CS/IT-related undergraduate degree.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Substantial hands-on programming experience in the systems environment used.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including large-scale DBMS.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or information management/technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain a complex program for litigation support.
• Translate program requirements into code and generate reports.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data per specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce processing time.
• Develop data entry screens and user interfaces; implement standardized and ad hoc reports.
