Job summary

CAECI International is seeking an E-Discovery Support Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple high-visibility DOJ projects within the EDRM spectrum. You will coordinate teams, manage requirements, schedules, and budgets, and liaise with US Attorneys, DOJ Case Managers and CORs to drive successful litigation support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least six (6) years of progressively responsible E-Discovery/litigation support project experience.
• PM experience or equivalent required.
• Experience with Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw.
• Ability to manage numerous complex, time-critical litigation support activities with attorneys.
• Strong writing, oral communication, and management skills.
• Knowledge of Government IT environments and common eDiscovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts of several Project Managers and Supervisors across projects.
• Report to Deputy or Division Contract Director and contribute to strategy.
• Direct and coordinate all Document Center resources and staff.
• Carry caseload in Document Centers supporting multiple cases.
• Consult with DOJ COR and Case Managers on operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure overall quality assurance and timely delivery of all work.
• Coordinate with other Contractor components to align project delivery.
