Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to support Enhanced 9-1-1 (E-911) implementation activities for Army Voice Modernization. The role is full-time, on-site at our Winchester, VA headquarters, requiring 10+ years of systems or network engineering and an Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include architecture reviews, SIP/VoIP integration, and risk reduction for PSAP connectivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems or network engineering experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong IP routing and enterprise communications experience.
• Deep experience with SIP/VoIP technologies and Wireshark.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning activities with Government and Prime Contractor stakeholders.
• Provide systems engineering support for emergency communications integration and architecture reviews.
• Analyze routing dependencies and SIP call path issues for E-911 call delivery; support DISA VISP location provisioning and record validation.
• Deliver technical recommendations and risk assessments and manage risk mitigation.
