Job summary

The position involves presales activities, solution design, and collaboration across a team to grow the ERP practice and strengthen client value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and related business processes.
• 6+ years delivering business consulting or ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GP setup and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead presales and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Address business problems by gathering information, analyzing, prioritizing, and evaluating options, and then architecting integrated use of technologies to solve those problems.
• Train and support users of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and related tools, including remote work and onsite travel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing implementations, guiding other consultants, and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead presales discovery and presentations; manage preparation and presentation of proposals.
• Mentor and train other consultants on best practices and project methodology; lead and review work.
• Meet annual billable hour goals as defined by Heartland Business Systems.
