Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Implementation Architect to lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will collaborate with CFOs and operations leaders to shape transformation roadmaps and guide delivery teams to meet high standards of scope and quality.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on D365 Finance leadership, strong finance module expertise, and experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years leading D365 Finance implementations
• Proven track record with full lifecycle D365 Finance projects
• Strong finance/operational module expertise (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing)
• Ability to architect the solution, translate requirements into designs, and guide teams
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage priorities, produce high-quality work, and lead engagements with minimal oversight
• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environments; Metals industry exposure valued
• Experience with ISV solutions within D365 ecosystem
• D365 Finance or related module certifications; CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus
• Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders, including CFOs and Operations leaders, to define requirements and design transformation roadmaps.
• Set solution direction and guide delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead functional design, feature optimization, data integrity, and user experience improvements to maximize platform value.
• Participate in quality reviews and steer project teams through design, prototyping, and deployment phases.
• Contribute to Crowe's methodologies, accelerators, and best practices; mentor team members; and support the growth of our D365 offering.
• Engage in team-building and internal initiatives, leveraging non-client time for personal development and practice enhancement.
