Job summary

The Greenbrier Companies in Lake Oswego, OR, is seeking a senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX Finance and Operations.
• Experience across ERP, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, CRM, analytics, workflow, integration, and related platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, APIs and interfaces, system integrations, data flows, master data, security, reporting, and cross-system dependencies.
• Proven expertise in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, validation, and requirements management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workshops, manage conflicting priorities, engage executive stakeholders, and facilitate solution trade-off and decision-making discussions.
• Experience developing and managing BRDs, functional specs, current- and future-state models, gap analyses, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise application initiatives from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to define initiative scope, objectives, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Lead requirements discovery through interviews, workshops, and other techniques to identify business and system needs.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state processes focusing on finance, manufacturing, automation, and related enterprise functions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for project teams and providers.
• Establish and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure traceability to outcomes.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment with scope and objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to recommend Dynamics 365 and other enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate solutions for fit, scalability, data, reporting, security, and integration in line with standards.
• Support roadmap development, research of enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and decision-support materials for initiatives and investments.
• Assist vendor/partners with evaluations, SOW reviews, and validation of solutions.
• Define and document test requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and support testing and go-live activities.
