Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Consultant to lead end-to-end O2C and Tax Management implementations across multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organizations in the United States.

You will drive discovery workshops, map requirements to D365 capabilities, and author design documents for the development team, while providing governance for currency and tax configurations within ASC 606/IFRS 15 frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX functional consulting focusing on O2C and Tax Management.
• Expertise in functional design documentation, process flowcharting, and technical spec authoring for D365 developers.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Revenue Recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and Intercompany O2C with Commissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and map complex business requirements to standard D365 capabilities.
• Author FDDs, process flowcharts, and technical specifications for D365 developers.
• Provide functional governance for multi-currency, multi-entity and multi-GAAP structures.
• Oversee O2C processes: Sales Order Processing, Quotation/Agreement Management, Pricing, Discounts, Rebate Management.
