Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer for a remote contract role in the US. The position offers a $70-80/hr rate, commensurate with experience, with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities include stabilizing the CRM environment, migrating tenants, building custom CRM features and integrations, and guiding deployments via Azure DevOps/CI/CD. Strong Dynamics 365 and REST API skills are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#/.NET, JS/TS, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience building plugins, workflows, web resources, and system customizations.
• Integration via REST APIs and tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Service Bus.

• Stabilize and troubleshoot the recently migrated Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
• Support tenant-to-tenant CRM migrations after acquisitions.
• Design, develop, and maintain CRM customizations incl. plugins, workflows, forms, views, dashboards.
• Build and troubleshoot CRM integrations with ERP, dispatch, POS, and engineering.
• Provide architectural input, root-cause analysis, and deployment support.
• Monitor performance and optimize CRM solutions.
• Ensure security governance and best practices.
• Manage solution lifecycle with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in platform upgrades, releases, testing.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support production issues with Level 2/3 support.
• Develop technical docs and coding standards.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position. SALARY: $70-80hr(depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development experience
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience building plugins, custom workflows, web resources, and system customizations
• Strong enterprise system integration skills using REST APIs and tools like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus
• Experience supporting CRM/data migration projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM customizations including plugins, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and model-driven apps

• Provide technical guidance, architecture input, root‑cause analysis, documentation, and deployment support
