Job summary

Arbella Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Developer in Quincy, MA to design, develop and support Duck Creek Policy Administration System products across lines of business. You will collaborate with analysts and SMEs to validate requirements and work within the OnDemand ecosystem, ensuring compliance with the Active Delivery model.

You will deploy across test environments, assist release management with production deployments, and integrate with third-party APIs while mentoring the Duck Creek

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree followed by 5 years of experience as a professional software developer
• : Alternative: three years of academic studies towards a Bachelor's degree followed by six years of experience
• : Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Duck Creek Policy Administration System products and lines of business
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to gather and validate requirements
• Work on the Duck Creek OnDemand ecosystem and develop products compliant with the Active Delivery model
• Assist release management with production deployments
• Integrate Duck Creek Policy with third-party APIs and data sources
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to the Duck Creek team
• Contribute to testing scope and review artifacts
• Provide reports to business stakeholders by analyzing development and service issues
