Job summary

Northrop Grumman - Cincinnati (Xetron) seeks cleared Staff Digital Signal Processing Engineers to develop cutting-edge algorithms in MATLAB or CUDA/OpenCL, Python, C/C++ across Linux/Windows.

Ideal candidates have RF signal processing knowledge, DSP in time/frequency domains, and experience with SAR/ISAR, LPI/LPD, SDRs, and AI/ML for real-time deployment. This on-site role in Cincinnati offers a 9/80 schedule and Top Secret clearance support.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering with substantial experience
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance required
• Proficiency in MATLAB with a DSP focus required
• Embedded SW/FPGA/AI/ML experience highly desired
• Experience as a technical lead is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge DSP algorithms in MATLAB or CUDA/OpenCL, Python, C/C++
• Work across Linux/UNIX or Windows environments
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on state-of-the-art RF projects
• Provide technical leadership on signal processing tasks and reviews
