Northrop Grumman – Xetron Cincinnati is seeking cleared or clearable Staff DSP Engineers to develop cutting edge algorithms in MATLAB or CUDA/OpenCL, Python, C/C++ across Linux/UNIX or Windows. You will work on RF signal processing chains, radar, and AI/ML techniques in a mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 12+ years experience, or MS with 10, or PhD with 8.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Proficient in MATLAB with DSP focus; Embedded SW/FPGA/AI/ML design.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge DSP algorithms in MATLAB or CUDA/OpenCL for real‑time use.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and senior leadership across programs.
• Support DoD and US government systems with RF DSP and signal processing expertise.
