Job summary

This role initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, including proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions (based on the requirements of the assigned role/customer), and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.
