This exempt, banded position offers compensation from $87,000 to $150,000 and may be hybrid with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in protein purification manufacturing environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving for downstream purification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Technical writing expertise: reports, study designs, protocols, SOPs.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute downstream laboratory experiments for process support and technology transfer.
• Transfer lab-scale models to late-stage clinical and commercial manufacturing with robust methods.
• Optimize purification processes and improve service delivery.
• Present process data and analyses in internal meetings.
• Lead small teams on downstream purification projects.
