Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a Senior DoD RMF CCP Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for inheritable security controls and ensure proper authoring, validation, and publication of common controls across enterprise environments.

This high-visibility contractor role requires deep technical framework knowledge and strategic stakeholder communication, with a hybrid schedule allowing part-time on-site work in Charleston, SC and telework on other days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• TS/SCI DoD clearance with CI polygraph.
• 5+ years implementing RMF with NIST SP 800-37 Rev. 2 and 800-53.
• Experience documenting and managing risk packages in eMASS.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II or III certs (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Willingness to commute to Charleston, SC or NCR.

Responsibilities

• Author, maintain, and expand CCP packages in eMASS.
• Advise tenant SOs and ISSOs on inheritance of controls.
• Define security boundaries of hosting infrastructure and tenant.
• Coordinate assessments with independent SCAs.
• Develop and monitor POA&Ms and vulnerabilities.
• Advance Continuous Authorization to Operate (cATO) initiatives.
