Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support DoD contracts and act as a liaison to Government clients. You will lead a team of experts, manage programs and critical Space Force initiatives, and ensure performance, cost, schedule and risk are balanced to meet mission objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in DoD acquisitions, 4+ years in program management, and a active Secret clearance with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations.
• 4+ years of program management experience with cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs.
• Experience identifying, analyzing and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate, work independently, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts and liaison to the Government client on DoD contracts.
• Manage DoD programs and technical projects including performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Develop, coordinate and close acquisition and contract documentation per timelines and standards.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and obtain consensus to deliver capability.
