Job summary

VTG seeks a senior Program Manager to lead the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW lifecycle program in Hampton Roads, VA. You will be the primary VTG interface to the PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0, directing IPTs, QPRs, and ILS activities to ensure schedule, cost, and contract performance.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of DoD program management experience, NAVSEA exposure, a bachelor’s in engineering or management (master’s preferred), and PMP or DAU SPRDE certification. DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of DoD program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; DAU Level III SPRDE or Program Management certification a plus.
• Experience interfacing directly with NAVSEA PCO/COR in a prime contractor role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as prime VTG interface to PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0 program office for all contract matters.
• Lead Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), IPTs, and ILS Working Groups.
• Conduct Post-Award Orientation Conference within 30 days of award.
• Manage TI number tracking on all invoices and deliver monthly financial reports.
• Oversee subcontractor performance management across all team members.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call process and personnel roster across all contract periods.
• Lead schedule management and cost/schedule variance monitoring across all SOW task areas.
• Coordinate Government-directed meetings including RMC Collaborations and Training Strategy Workshops.
• Manage deliverable schedule and ensure timely submission of all data items.
