Job summary

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) seeks a qualified logistics professional to support the Policy Chief and the Logistics Management Directorate within PM SSV programs. You will execute policy-related tasks and ensure compliance across acquisition logistics activities. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, and extensive DoD/Army logistics experience, including Life Cycle Logistics regulations. Strong coordination with external agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• High school diploma with 14 years relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 12 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with five years of relevant experience, or related field with zero experience.
• Master's degree in a related field with no experience.
• Experience in DoD/Army acquisition logistics or related field.
• Understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations (DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, AR 700-142).
• Familiarity with force development documentation (MTOE/CTA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Policy Chief and the Logistics Management Directorate (LMD).
• Execute policy-related tasks across PM SSV programs.
• Review acquisition logistics documents for compliance and assist PdM teams.
• Coordinate FSAs with external agencies and ensure DoD planning is integrated.
• Monitor MTOE and CTA publications to align with fielding schedules.
• Provide senior-level logistics expertise.
• Integrate and plan for the 12 IPSE elements in life-cycle processes.
• Interface with ASAALT, AMC, LCMC, PEO Soldier and others on logistics requirements.
