Qualifications

• Familiarity with using AI in their job context.
• Experience planning, designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network systems (routers, switches, encryption devices, cabling).
• Proficiency implementing enterprise security architectures and ensuring DISA STIG compliance.
• Experience with WAN/LAN support, evaluating topologies, installing hardware/software, and testing.
• Strong documentation and configuration management skills.
• DoD 8140/8570 privileged access certifications.
• At least 8 years of DoD network administration experience.
• Current Security+ and related DoD credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems for reliability.
• Implement and maintain network security per DoD and Army standards.
• Perform performance analysis, identify issues, and recommend fixes.
• Maintain documentation of network layers and change control processes.
• Provide urgent circuit, network, and equipment troubleshooting and WAN/LAN expansion support.
• Collaborate with government personnel and contractors for mission-critical operations.
