Qualifications

Ten+ years of IT services experience for the DoD.
Five+ years of IT project management.
Experience with cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
Experience interfacing with senior government and military personnel.

Responsibilities

Serve as the accountable product owner for mission analytics and visualization solutions.
Translate leadership priorities into analytics roadmaps and product backlogs.
Align dashboards, AI/ML outputs, and data products to portfolio-level decision needs.
Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with DoD security, documentation, and quality standards.
Facilitate Agile workflows and continuous improvement.
Coordinate across data science, engineering, visualization, and cloud teams.
Ensure deliverables support RDTE,N and S&T portfolio objectives.
