Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Chief Logistician to oversee all logistics and supply chain functions in support of SOMTC operations at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC, requiring SECRET clearance.

The role focuses on accurate DoD property accountability, GCSS-Army usage to manage requisitions and inventory, and strict adherence to Army policies and regulations. Collaboration with internal and external partners and senior compliance guidance are key aspects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Army Supply System.
• GCSS-Army experience (2 years).
• Working knowledge of Army supply regulations.
• Knowledge of DoD Property Book accounting policies and regulations.
• 5 years of logistics experience.
• Desirable certifications from AS Transportation and Logistics or ISL.
• Familiarity with DPAS and established supply program relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistics and supply chain functions for SOMTC operations.
• Maintain accurate accountability of government property per DoD/Army regulations.
• Utilize GCSS-Army to track requisitions, manage inventory, and execute supply transactions.
• Ensure adherence to Army supply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support training requirements and sustainment operations.
• Provide guidance on supply chain best practices, process improvements, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with supply program stakeholders.
