Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking an experienced HR Specialist Level II in Kirtland AFB, NM to support military and government civilian operations. The role emphasizes personnel management, HRIS usage, and compliant handling of HR data within DoD systems.

The successful candidate will navigate MILPDS, MyFSS, DTS, BLSDM, AFPASS, MPICAM, and related tools to deliver accurate personnel analyses, recruitment, and development initiatives that sustain mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• 5+ years DoD civilian/military personnel management experience.
• Experience delivering and maintaining HRIS systems.
• Ability to navigate MILPDS, MyFSS, DTS, and LeaveWeb.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, maintain civilian personnel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment and placement within the civilian personnel system.
• Oversee HR development and performance management.
• Coordinate professional and career development training programs.
• Ensure training history records comply with regulatory guidelines.
