Job summary

RONIN Information Technology Services, LLC seeks a senior acquisition program management professional to support DoD ACAT I program data management, engineering data plans, and IP reviews. The role requires managing CM/DM processes, preparing and tracking CPINs and nomenclature, and coordinating design reviews and IPRs for complex DoD procurements.

The candidate must have 10-12 years of progressive experience, Top Secret clearance with SCI access eligibility, and a strong background in DoD

Qualifications

• Experience with ACAT I equivalent programs and data management.
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in large, complex procurement requirements.
• Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access and polygraph.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition program management.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.02 policies.
• Experience planning and conducting design reviews and technical meetings.
• Experience in configuration management across lifecycle.
• Ability to manage resources and personnel.
• Ability to manage deficiency reporting and closure.
• Experience creating and maintaining Engineering Data Management Plans and Engineering Data Activity Files and IPRs.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of configuration control and data management for ACAT I programs.
• Support CM/DM policies for requirements, document, change, and baselines across program life cycle.
• Support planning and participation in design reviews and technical meetings.
• Analyze impacts of CM changes on lifecycle sustainment.
• Participate on government and industry teams to resolve CM issues.
• Support development and coordination of program configuration and data management requirements.
• Support data management tasks including Engineering Data Management Plans and Activity Files and IPRs.
• Assist in development and review of CM and data management requirements.
• Support deficiency reporting and closure across the lifecycle.
