Job summary

Forge Group, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist, Journeyman to support F-35 security programs for Korea and Saudi Arabia, focusing on RMF and JSIG compliance, information system security, and data protection in a DoD context. The role requires DoD 8140.03 training, U.S.

citizenship, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and a BA/BS in a related field; experience with RMF/JSIG and security documentation is highly valued. This full-time position is Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a cybersecurity specialist who has worked with U.S. Government and DoD cybersecurity programs, including assessment and authorization of classified systems under RMF and JSIG.
• The ideal candidate meets DoD 8140.03 qualification requirements and can write and maintain security documentation.
• They must coach foreign and industry security managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity guidance to Korea and KSA F-35 security program participants
• Help participants plan, develop, implement, and maintain programs, policies, and procedures that protect systems, networks, and data
• Monitor participants' compliance for authorized F-35 information systems through on-site visits and email or telephone contact
• Create and maintain security documents, including information assurance SOPs and cyber awareness training plans
• Support assessment and authorization of IT systems using the RMF and JSIG
• Perform risk assessments to identify security threats and report results to the JPO ISM or DISM
• Coordinate efforts with the Program Security Specialist and the Physical/Industrial Security Specialist
• Contribute to monthly reports tracking compliance metrics
