Job summary

McBride Consulting is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Air Force’s Kessel Run division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on implementing and operating the ACAS suite, conducting vulnerability assessments, and driving RMF compliance for multi-classification networks.

The position is full-time and requires US citizenship with an Active Top Secret clearance. The candidate will collaborate with government and contractor teams, gain hands-on exposure to DoD cloud security,

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and active TS clearance
• 5+ years of DoD RMF cybersecurity experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from ABET-accredited program and 10–15 years in DoD

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ACAS components (Nessus, SC/Tenable.sc, NNM)
• Schedule and execute vulnerability scans
• Analyze scan results to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
• Support DoD DoW/RAMF compliance and remediation efforts
