Job summary

Tutulu, LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist Level 3 to support planning and managing DoD acquisitions across products and services. The role emphasizes drafting/editing contracts, attention to detail, and strong procurement terminology knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have extensive DoD experience, AG/FAR/DFAR familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior DoD officials. A high-level DoD security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility is required.
• 10+ years DoD contract experience.
• 4+ years in SAP/SCI environments.
• Experience negotiating with prime and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of AFFAR, FAR and DFAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract support from market research to contract administration.
• Prepare solicitation documentation, review proposals, conduct cost/price evaluations, advise on negotiation positions, process invoices, and develop acquisition strategies.
• Oversee contract performance and manage modifications in collaboration with the Contracting Officer.
