Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DoD acquisitions supporting SOF
• 5+ years supporting DoD acquisition agencies
• Citizenship: US citizen
• Clearance: Secret clearance
• DAWIA Practitioner certification or equivalent in Contracting
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of contract management experience

Responsibilities

• Independently reviews and provides feedback on pre-solicitation documentation (sources sought, synopses, market research, SOWs, FF&As, IGCEs, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans).
• Staff pre-solicitation documentation for review/approval and post notices in FBO as required.
• Independently prepares solicitations and amendments in PD2 for PCO review and approval; posts award notices as required.
• Conducts price and cost analysis using various techniques and coordinates with DCAA/DCMA as needed.
• Independently reviews evaluation inputs and prepares contract negotiation positions for PCO review and approval.
• Independently prepares post-award documentation and contract modifications for the record; maintains auditable files.
