Job summary

Camgian Corporation seeks an experienced Solutions Architect with C2 expertise to lead strategy, customer engagement, and growth across multi-domain mission areas supported by Camgian’s Reactor platform. You will partner with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to shape differentiated solutions for the warfighter.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Army, Joint, Space, and DoD C2 systems (IBCS, JADC2, C2BMC, GDA) and a strategic, execution-focused mindset in a dynamic defense tech

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the United States is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience (military or special operations preferred).
• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect (or similar) supporting C2 programs for DoD/Army/Space.
• Experience with DoW R&D environments, OTAs, and acquisition programs.
• Active U.S. SECRET security clearance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture aligned to mission requirements across Army, Joint, Space, and DoD customers.
• Own multi-year, multimillion-dollar pursuits and technical/strategic solution development.
• Engage senior DoW/DoD government stakeholders to shape mission-focused technology solutions.
• Provide senior-level customer support during engagements, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing voice for Camgian’s solution strategy with key customers.
• Bridge Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure deliverable solution strategies.
