Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Journeyman level Program Manager located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. The role requires acquisition and contracting experience to support program leadership and successful contract execution.

You will develop schedules, reviews, and briefings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. A DoD background and active Secret clearance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 10+ years of Program Manager experience with at least 3 years in a DoD environment.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development.
• Provide support to program leadership to facilitate contract execution and analyze program health.
• Develop briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
• Provide inputs to RFPs including system specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Review acquisition documents for consistency and accuracy across DoD guidance.
• Support acquisition reports per DoD policy and relevant DoD/AF instructions.
• Outline policy interpretations and manage acquisition efforts.
• Assist with planning, evaluating, and implementing program acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate with program level scheduling personnel and risk management processes.
• Prepare and submit funding documents and interpret financial systems as needed.
