Job summary

Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Acquisition & Procurement Analyst to support our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. This is an open position with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; OR a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support.
• Experience supporting market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis.
• Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA acquisition and contracting processes, market research and intelligence, requirements planning and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare IGCEs, PWSs, SOWs, procurement packages, evaluation and award support.
• Perform governance reviews, contract surveillance, and year-end reconciliation.
• Maintain the Master Contract List Tracker.
