Responsabilités

• Receiving, sorting and scanning incoming mail and ensuring data is uploaded to relevant systems within defined SLA
• Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard/Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as per defined by the process
• To provide information to customers regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA
• Separating the archived documents based on individual customers
• Preparing and batching documents ready to be uploaded/sent out to customers
• Any administrative ad-hoc duties as required
