Job summary

The New York office of Lewis Brisbois, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking a Systems Engineer focused on Document Management System (DMS) and Legal Applications to administer, integrate, optimize, and support the firm's DMS and core legal tools. This role acts as a technical SME for matter management, records management, and attorney productivity.

Responsibilities include designing integrations, leveraging APIs, PowerShell, SQL, Power Automate, and middleware, and ensuring metadata

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years supporting legal applications in an Am Law, professional services, or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years supporting legal technology platforms within a law firm or legal services organization.
• Experience with the listed legal applications and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations between legal applications and enterprise systems.
• Utilize APIs, PowerShell, SQL, Power Automate, and middleware technologies.
• Manage metadata synchronization among DMS, practice management, records management, and security platforms.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, and Entra ID integrations.
• Experience working in a large multi-office professional services environment.
