Job summary

Net2Source is seeking a technical lead for DLP implementation in Reston, VA. You will coordinate with users for DLP incident management and work with vendors on upgrades and issue resolution. The role involves ongoing maintenance and incident analysis to inform dashboards and progress reports.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of IT/security experience, with hands-on Symantec DLP implementation experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years overall experience in IT/security.
• Experience in Symantec DLP Solution (implementation mandated).
• Excellent security analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Experience defining processes for DLP incident remediation.
• Experience developing business line communication processes.
• Develop education material for sensitive information sent over the internet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for DLP implementation and support engagements.
• Coordinate with users for DLP incident management.
• Collaborate with product vendor for upgrades and issue resolution.
• Participate in day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Analyze DLP incidents and report findings.
• Define workflow to manage incidents and dashboard reporting.
• Update higher management with progress.
