Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston is seeking a senior leader to own and grow a South Texas industrial water treatment business with full P&L responsibility for a $25–$50 million portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, retain key customers across refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing segments, and lead a strategic growth program.

You will also manage and mentor Account Managers, Field Service Representatives, and technical specialists while ensuring strict safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial water treatment.
• 5+ years in a commercial management role leading, hiring and developing teams.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving sales growth in water treatment.
• Established network and working knowledge of the South Texas industrial market.
