Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering/Business or related field with five years of qualified experience.
• OR Associate’s degree with seven years of qualified experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate Distribution Work Plans including activities, schedule, and budget.
• Promote Continuous Improvement to design, systems, procedures, schedules, and costs.
• Understand work management and allocate internal/external resources to achieve goals.
• Provide leadership and accountability for deliverables and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare status updates and metric reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field

Two-year Associate’s degree in same required disciplines

HS Diploma/GED with nine years of qualified experience
