Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• PE license or reciprocity within six months.
• Five years of engineering experience (Master's degree may count for up to two years).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex engineering studies and present recommendations clearly.
• Deep knowledge of codes and standards related to distribution engineering.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide project management, design engineering, analysis, permitting, and cost estimates for major distribution projects
• Deliver PE review and stamping when required
• Lead technically complex projects and participate in cross-functional engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and internal policies
• Serve as a technical expert in distribution design, metering, structural analysis, or other specialty areas
• Mentor engineers, designers, field staff, Utility Coordinators, Account Executives, and others
• Recommend improvements and respond to emerging trends and new technologies
