Apple is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Distributed Systems in San Diego, CA. You will join a cross-functional team to design and implement streaming ingestion pipelines, processing petabytes of diagnostic data from Apple devices daily.

The role emphasizes scalable services, cross-team collaboration, and impact across Apple platforms. Qualified candidates have 3-5+ years in distributed systems, strong experience with Kubernetes and public clouds, and solid CI/CD practices.

Competenze

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years experience working on large distributed systems, ideally on a public cloud platform.
Extensive experience with container-based orchestration (Kubernetes, EC2, GCP, etc.).
Practical knowledge of queue/stream consumers like Flink and Kafka.
Highly proficient with agentic development techniques.
Unwavering commitment to CI/CD.

Mansioni
