Qualifications

• Extensive US federal, state, and international tax experience (ASC 740).
• Experience leading cross-functional tax projects including M&A.
• Strong knowledge of US tax code and state provisions.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and capable of leading a US tax team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASC 740 tax provisioning and US tax returns.
• Support tax provisioning for the finance function.
• Lead tax planning and structuring on projects.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal on transactions.
• Manage external advisors, scope, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure SOX compliance and tax governance.
• Liaise with federal/state tax authorities and manage audits.
