Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Director of Parent Relations to lead the private K-12 enrollment and UHNW family engagement in the US. The role centers on advocacy, transparent communication, and protecting the educational model while resolving complex family escalations.

Fully on-site in one major US metro (Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles), you will build partnerships, run admissions for wealthier families, and turn them into public champions while documenting best practices for the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-stakes relationships in private or independent K-12 education, fundraising, enterprise sales, client success, or private wealth management.
• 2+ years working directly with ultra-high-net-worth or similar families (UHNW) such as family offices or wealth-management clients.
• Proven ownership of measurable enrollment, retention, advocacy, sales, or client outcomes, including handling sensitive situations.
• Polished executive communication and consultative judgment for Alpha's model with skeptical stakeholders.
• On-site full-time work in the Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles metro areas; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build a metro where Alpha families are the loudest advocates and ensure the model isn’t compromised.
• Run admissions end-to-end for wealthy families, including sessions and CRM follow-ups.
• Turn enrolled families into public champions through advocacy workshops and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve escalations, documenting precedents for the network.
• Maintain engagement with current families and report feedback patterns to leadership.
