First Merchants Bank seeks a Senior Director Treasury Management Product to lead strategy and lifecycle for treasury management offerings. You will partner with Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver competitive, scalable, and compliant client solutions that support growth and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in banking or product mgmt and 5+ years in leadership, with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking, treasury management, payments, or product management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing product teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Treasury Management product strategy established by executive leadership.
• Translate objectives into annual product plans, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of treasury management products and services.
• Prioritize initiatives based on client needs, market opportunities, revenue generation, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Drive innovation initiatives that strengthen the bank's treasury management value proposition.
• Oversee end-to-end product execution from concept through launch and post-implementation optimization.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.
• Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, development priorities, and release schedules.
• Ensure products are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic product initiatives and transformation programs.
• Develop pricing, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for treasury management products.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through new solutions and expanded usage.
• Support sales enablement, client presentations, and strategic engagements.
• Monitor product profitability and business performance metrics.
• Report product performance and portfolio health to executive leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in product activities.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product managers and product specialists.
