Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in the financial industry with exposure to CLOs or structured finance.
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to manage projects and teams.
• Clear and concise communication of complex topics to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of analysts in ratings analysis on structured credit transactions using proprietary models.
• Chair or be a senior member of credit committees guiding rating outcomes.
• Author and review complex commentary and research to inform markets and standards.
• Develop and enhance rating methodologies and analytical frameworks.
• Represent Fitch at external events and with market participants as a senior spokesperson.
• Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering excellence and development.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic direction for the Structured Credit group.
